 Demonstrated a cure rate of 68% among adult patients with scabies in comparison to only 20% cure rate with benzyl benzoate.1

 Acts as a cationic surfactant which dissociates in aqueous solution to form smaller inactive anions to elicit its bactericidal activity in patients with scabies
